We're so excited to welcome you to our new group exercise classes at the Tone studio space.
Fitness has been a big part of both of our lives for years, and fittingly enough, we first met in a kickboxing class! Since then, we've shared a passion for staying active and challenging ourselves while having fun along the way. Our goal is to create a welcoming, low-key environment where people of all fitness levels can move, learn, and enjoy. We can't wait to begin this new chapter with Tone Studio and look forward to seeing you in class soon!

Cardio Kickboxing
Get ready to sweat, move, and build confidence in this high-energy cardio kickboxing class! Each session includes a dynamic warm-up, exciting heavy bag rounds, and skill drills designed to improve coordination, power, and endurance. Leave feeling strong, energized, and accomplished.
All fitness levels welcome. No experience required. 🥊💪

Mommy & Me
Move, play, and grow stronger together in this fun and engaging Mommy & Me fitness class! Designed for parents and caregivers with young children, this upbeat class combines cardio, strength, and core exercises in a supportive environment where moms can work out while their little ones play, participate, and have fun alongside them. Each class includes a warm-up, guided workout, cooperative activities, and a cool-down to leave both grown-ups and kids feeling accomplished and energized.
Perfect for all fitness levels. Come as you are and enjoy quality time while building healthy habits together! 💕💪👶
